Oil and Gas sub-sector: We offer a wide range of legal services in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry to foreign and indigenous clients in downstream, midstream and upstream projects and contracts. Our services include the following:
Application for requisite exploration license, in the oil and gas industry.
Legally advising, facilitating and designing of oil and gas bids, Mergers, acquisitions Joint Ventures, farm-ins and farm-outs, Marginal Fields, technical assistance agreements, joint operating arrangements, oil field service contracts, Gas Supply Agreements.
Midstream and downstream projects, such as LNG, refining, petrochemical and power, including: advising on partner evaluation and selection; shareholder, supply and sales agreements; utility, industrial gas and logistics agreements; and corporate and project financing arrangements.

Renewable Energy Sub-sector: In the renewable energy sub sector we work to provide legal and policy advisory services, including policy reviews and formulations, legal documentations in renewable energy contracts, preparation of Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) for Independent Power Projects (IPPs) Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).We structure renewable energy investment /project proposals.
